Harborwalk Village is adding Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville at the western entrance of Harborwalk Village. Previously, this building has been home to several businesses over the last few years. Read More about Margaritaville Harborwalk Destin.

Heron Harbor, as it will be known(currently old location of Electric Cowboy), is set to be re-developed by The Howard Group. Possible development includes a world-class Marina; pedestrian-friendly walkways; signature hotels; residences; restaurants; retail; entertainment and public access to the harbor are all included in this future planned development. A long-term re-development plan. Tetra Tech is providing conceptual planning, design, and engineering and construction-related services for a multi-year capital improvements program in the 400-acre Destin Harbor District. This $90 million program includes a public park and plaza, roadway improvements, land acquisition, and boardwalk improvements in the first $5 million phase. The Harbor Village Townhomes have undergone comeplete renovation after years of sitting vacant.  The building, which boasted a pink-hued stucco, is split into 10 separate units that consist of retail space on the bottom floor and town homes on the top floor. All 10 units are owned by Harbor Destin Development LLC.
