If you want to live on the beach in South Walton “30A”, your home will likely be over 3,600 square feet and cost you over $850 per square foot. However, if you have patience, vision, and liquid cash, you may be able to purchase a distressed property in need of work/renovation for around $400-$700 per square foot.
